Dr. Jones and staff are terrific. Having dental work sucks....having dental work at 6 months pregnant is the worst, but Dr. Jones and his staff made it the best possible experience,with minimal discomfort for me. Also, had to have my 7 year old tag along for this visit and everyone was so nice to her and didn't mind that she was asking questions.... constantly...the entire time we were there. Overall great experience! Highly recommend this place to anyone.
Decisions, decisions! I had a meeting at NEHS at 5:15 this evening. My baby had a dental appointment at North Hills Dental at 6. The meeting ran over a bit. So, needless to say I thought I missed the dental appointment. Guess what? Michaela from North Hills Dental called at 6:15 asking me how soon will I be at the Dental office!! Thank you so much for allowing us to come on in anyway. I had a very busy day and couldn't figure out how I was going to get it all done. But, Michaela and Dr. Jones made it happen for us! Home visiting for a few days and had a terrible toothache! Called North Hills Dental and they were able to see me immediately!! The office and staff are both extremely nice. Dr. Jones was very gentle while doing my root canal, and kept me informed during every step of the procedure! His assistant Charmaine was very nice and compassionate also. I would highly recommend anyone needed dental work to give this office a call. Best dentist visit I've had so far!!!
