Horrible place. Horrible services. The manager who's in charge of this location is incredibly inconvenient and was no help to me at all, because of my disabilities, despite arriving on-time and having everything prepared with my medical leave for this surgery in months planned in advance.
They took amazing care of my one year old for ear tube surgery.
My child had surgery this week and I could not be more impressed with the nurses and the care they provided. They made my four year old feel safe and comfortable.
My 2 year old went in today for ear tubes. Everyone was so friendly and comforting. Marissa, Marcy, and the post op nurse (I forgot her name) were amazing with our daughter every step of the way! They allowed my daughter to bring a comfort item from home which she kept the whole time and they even give kids a plush dog to keep! Dr. Karas answered all our questions and the whole team gave us what to expect post anesthesia which was so helpful! Turned son away for having molluscum, a benign, self limited, and common childhood rash. They originally said to reschedule him in 2 wks, which demonstrates their lack of knowledge about the rash, which often takes 6-12 months to clear. After much discussion about the rash the day before the surgery, we were told we could proceed as long as the rash was completely covered and not oozing.
