The owner is very down to earth and very open to the customers needs also.. I love my cannondale And the copper color is 1 of a kind and it's all mines!!!😎💪

Amazing service. Discovered my bike wheel had broken spokes on July 4th weekend. The shop is one of the few places open on Mondays and they fixed the wheel in time for my vacation just a few days later, despite their being overwhelmingly busy. This kind of customer service is very rare. North Haven Bike is my go-to shop from now on.
