Have lived at Harbor Tower for 3 years. We have the best door staff, they are friendly and very helpful. The maintenance team is exceptional and extremely professional. The management team is also friendly and quick to respond. Lots of building events to meet your neighbors. It's a wonderful community to live in.
I have live nearly three years in NHT and it's very likely one of the best locations in Chicago. Apart of many amenities in the building I have enjoyed the friendly support of all doormen and managerial office. I will miss this place as I am leaving pretty soon. There is a new owner of the property, hope they keep its first quality service with no significant increase of rent, it's already expensive but it may become less attractive with higher prices.
