RecommendedWe lived here ten years ago and when we decided to return for another Chicago experience we looked at 12 places. NHT was #12 on our list but when we walked in we knew we were back home. Love the neighborhood, the low (no) turnover of staff, and the energy. Waterton is keeping this classic building modern, attractive and neighborly.
electric drills loud noise starts every 8am on weekday in last two months. I told management people that it is quiet hour before 8:30 according to build handbook, but she said you should be happy that they don't work in the weekend.....
It is the best place I have lived in! They have breathtaking views from most of their lovely well spaced apartments, awesome management staff, impressive and sweet doormen, free coffee, free Friday bagels, excellent fitness classes, there is only good to say about this wonderful place! Love my stay here.
The management office was amazing and super accommodating. I had to sign a lease and move-in on the same date. Sherri and Brian in the leasing office were super wonderful and did everything they could to make sure it happened smoothly and quickly. I am absolutely in love with my new place and park view!
