They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs.
