My rant is too long but long story short I paid over $3000 to not get answers for my sweet Dalmatian, and in the end had to put her to rest because of these so called “specialists” not knowing what was going on with my dog and her situation got very bad. Wouldn’t get me in sooner when I called asking for help because my dog was getting worse, and also rescheduling me for a new follow up visit because the doctor who does biopsy’s only works on certain days. I have taken my dog here for many years but after our last visit she was returned to me bleeding and with her nail ripped off completely from the base with very little explanation of how it happened and zero compassion. The vet said “it probably won’t get infected, just wanted to let you know that happened!” I took her there because she was lethargic and was concerned she had GI issues and now she is in even more pain. Please take your dogs somewhere else as the current staff is awful.

I do not know what to say.. my dog has shampoo that got into her nasal cavity called blue pearl they said they had a 3-4 hours wait time asked me to call north Georgia vet another 3-4 wait time there too. Called animal emergency clinic Braselton.. ANOTHER 3-4 hours wait time.. and each hospital I call in all 24 hour vet and all recommends another hospital.Sitting there waiting I hear a phone call talking about a another emergency situation and after they hung up. Took my dog in after a fight. Bleeding from his nose.. something wrong with his mouth.. cut on his head. They cleaned the cut, didn’t address the nose problem and wouldn’t even look in his mouth. Waste of money
My 2 yr old Boykin Spaniel puncture her chest with a deer antler while running full speed across our yard chasing a frisbee. It was a late Sunday afternoon and my regular vet recommended NGVS since we were unsure of how deep the antler had went and they didn’t have anyone available for surgery if deemed needed. I took my animal there, was not able to go in when they initially took him in. I emailed and called back 2 times to have some questions I had answered by the vet who saw me. I was told I would get a call back on my second call I was told the vet would be working the next day and a message would be left so she could call me back to answer my questions. but I received no call.
