Arrived early for the appointment. Chad was very knowledgeable and professional. He addressed the problem and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Highly recommended!
They need negative stars. Scheduled 3 different times with us and didn't come to any of them. I was trying to be understanding but got burned big time. They didn't let us know they had an AC emergency at a prior appt or that the vehicle was in the shop - i had to call and ask where they were. If they had contacted me I would have been ok with it. North Georgia Heating and Air has taken care of our HVAC needs for many years. We have two ** Units that we are pleased with. The units were carefully installed and they corrected a deficient return air system. For peace of mind we are on their Gold plan which entails two annual trips to check on our systems. They are quick to respond and their personnel are personable and professional.

I don't like ur service at all. You have some rude workers and is just trying to take advantage of ppl, you lie when u make appointments cause u had my family waiting an hr and half and also turned my unit off without even letting us know. Then when we asked u had a very nasty attitude about. Will make sure I don't recommend anyone to u all.
