The staff are very professional and kind.
First I want to say if you have a better option go somewhere first . The doctor Stephen Duncan is very rude he doesn’t show you any care or empathy. He seems like he only in it for the money . While laying down getting a vaginal ultra sound he was very unemotional and rude. Also, he was quick to swap me out due to me being scared of the process. He doesn’t have patience. Go to WOMEN’S PRESIDENTIAL CENTER in West Palm Beach, FL. Yes, it is 6 hours away but you will understand why they have 5 stars and this place does not. Do not waste your time, resources and energy here like I did. What a mistake. After scheduling my appointment 2 weeks out, there was a 4/5 hour long wait only to have met with a staff member for 10 minutes and then the doctor for 15 .
