Office staff is worthless, Diane the “office manager” especially. She’s rude and curt and a complete bitch! You see a doctor here at this practice for 20 years and once you start dialysis, they just dump you at a nasty DaVita center (With a new doctor who come around once a month and knows nothing about you) and won’t see you anymore as a patient in their office, you’re supposed to see the doctor over this nasty DaVita.
