I was disappointed on checking in for my doctor’s appointments as I have multiple per month. I am unsure of what is going on at the front desk for checking in, within the past year as it has been getting worse. You should not have to come an hour before your appointment to sit and wait as there is only a few employees working, and there is one employee who I believe is a supervisor who talks SO LOUD the whole waiting area can hear her check someone in and their personal information. Didn't contact me about test results. My pharmacy had medicine for me & I didn't know why. I had to call for 3 days after results were in to finally get a call back. If you don't answer when they call you won't get a call back & can't get a hold of them. Also, no one discussed the range of my diagnosis. They said the test showed I may or may not have Lyme even though I had symptoms. Don't even bother it takes months to get in and the dressing area is co-ed, I was made to sit in a hospital gown for 45 mins while men walked in and out and one sat down beside me trying to make small talk. SO humiliating.
We have been waiting over 1 1/2 hours to be seen at express care. Totally ridiculous. Next time I go to er.
