It is the most organized Wellness Center I have ever used. The registration desk will knock you socks off. All services available on site. My PCP, Dr. Lang, provided excellent care and knowledge. She left no doubt you are her only patient of the day. She makes me very comfortable during my visit and follow-up.
I’ve come to this lab for blood work for a couple years without problem. The last two times I’ve come they’ve been understaffed and take 20 minutes for one patient. If you come without an appointment you’ll end up waiting 2 hours. It’s ridiculous. I’ve tried making an appointment online but can’t select this outpatient center. Will never be coming back.
Urgent care gets a 2. Told me I didn’t have gout. Gave me sinus meds. Got pcp to call in bloodwork. It was gout. I have a strong history in my records and bloodwork of gout. No idea why he insisted it wasn’t gout.
My son is gone because of them. “Normal” turned out to be Cervical fluid. They didn’t bother to see my wife when she sent a photo. Theo was born 3 days later and didn’t live.
Waited an hour and 45 minutes to wait 30+ in the back. I've spent me whole day here and still no answers. The workers move slow... definitely nothing urgent about this urgent care!
