Nothing but high marks for Bob Waite, at North End Subaru. In addition to his friendly demeanor, he was very helpful and informative. He is a good communicator, and always answered by emails or phone calls. Also, he was patient with my inquiries, and not pushy when we were doing test drives. For a good experience, ask for Bob.
