The service department at North End Subaru is the best!!! Short block went in 2015 WRX...was dealing with corporate while the car was at North End for diagnosis. Josh in service was great and always updated me. JJ the service manager was amazing...he made a point of updating me daily once he had interaction with corporate on my behalf and did everything he could on his end to make sure I was taken care of. I actually enjoy bringing my Subaru in for oil changes. The service team at North End Subaru actually listen to me, they get me in and out quickly and my vehicle is clean. Thanks Tom!
