I cannot rave enough about North End Motors!. I felt like I was guided opposed to pressured into buying my now new purchase from them. I felt it was a honest and great middle ground for me the customer first and the dealership. A bonus is that they had a competent staff which was very helpful in any concerns I had. I bought a van and everything went fine UNTIL I was told they didn't have the title and it would arrive in a day or two. Well, that day or two went on and on until a week went by and there was still no title. There was very poor communication about this. Every day I would call and ask about it and would be told, "sorry, it hasn't arrived yet." Finally, with no title in sight, I canceled the sale.
