My recent service visit was great. I had purchased an used Subaru from a friend and wanted to see if needed any repairs.I had made my appointment with Josh for a Saturday. I was greeted by J.J on the day of my appointment. He explained the process and told how long it would take. About an hour later he showed me the inspection sheet. I was given measurements of my brakes,tires and a battery print out. i will continue to visit North End Subaru for my service and repairs.
Well it sure is a good thing Josh is back.He is my favorite service advisor. Well thank you North End for making business simple.
Best. Service. EVER!!!!! Rich and the guys at subaru always do a great job, and the new furniture in the lounge is a nice addition. They always wash and vac my car, and it certainly always needs it!! I love my crosstrek and will stay a loyal subaru customer!!

this has got to be the best Subaru service department in new England they always answer the phone promptly which is a plus the service is top notch and they prices are very reasonable

this dealership has the only great Subaru service department in Massachusetts I have been to them all they all threw me out but this dealer has not they actually like me and I must say they have the best prices around I am pleased to have found a dealer that is helpful
Best. Service. EVERRRRR!!!!! I love the guys at north end and last time in Rich went way above and beyond to help me. I had a pretty crazy situation happen and Rich was very patient and did everything he could to make my visit at painless as possible
Rich Brooks is a great service person! Service is never something I want to do on my car but I know I have to and Rich just makes it a better experience I don't feel as though I am being swindled or mislead. He is honest and very knowledgeable! It has been a great experience since he came on the team!
