We worked with Mike Babineau and bought a 2013 subaru. He and the staff there were amazingly helpful and did everything for us. We were not pressureed to buy anything we didn't want but found the perfect car to fit our needs. This is my first subaru and it wont be my last. I'm very pleased with the service and with my new car!

This is the first review I have completely because I was impressed with Northend Subaru especially J.J in the service dept. He explained the repair in a matter that was easy for me to understand.I left this dealership with the confidence that the repair was done right the first time at a fair price.I will return again to this dealership.
I was thrilled with the fast and friendly service from the Mazda service team! I had my truck towed there last night and this morning I recieved a call from Steve Gagne, the head mechanic. He was very patient as he listened to me explain the problems I had been experiencing. I was happily surprised when I got a call after lunch, and it was fixed! Very reasonable prices too! I will definately be back for all my service needs! Thanks again!!! :)
The Subaru service dept.is very important.We have not returned to other dealerships because of bad service departments.This is the best we've found.J.J is always polite and professional.Never pushy or unkind and always efficient...
I rate this a 5 because of the commitment to get me into the car of my choice and make the numbers work. Jason was fair. I am waiting for my ordered car to be delivered and am excited about my new car!
