Joshua machado was great today I came in for my oil change and when I arrived I was greeted by him and he did a great job reviewing my vehicles health
I really appreciate Subaru service my vehicle has had a flat tire three times this week and they have got me and all times right away and repaired my vehicle
I am very please with the Subaru service department every time I come in the service team is very professional and help me promptly
Josh is the greatest every time I come into service I feel the love he has for soup this means a lot to me because I love my car and he loves my car just as much as I do
Out of all the local dealerships this place has the best service department I have never met such a service team that cared so much for their customers they go out of their way and make sure they take good care of me today I found out my head gasket was leaking and they offered to split the cost with me I cannot thank them enough thank you Subaru service
I have been a long time customer of Subaru service department I only trust them they are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have never had a problem they could not figure out and they are awesome when it come to my oil changes and going the extra mile to check my car over

My recent service visit was great. I had purchased an used Subaru from a friend and wanted to see if needed any repairs.I had made my appointment with Josh for a Saturday. I was greeted by J.J on the day of my appointment. He explained the process and told how long it would take. About an hour later he showed me the inspection sheet. I was given measurements of my brakes,tires and a battery print out. i will continue to visit North End Subaru for my service and repairs.
