Excellent service department! JJ is always helpful and knowledgable. The car is always washed upon return! We have purchased multiple cars here and have always had them serviced at North End Subaru.
I have been taking my 2010 Impreza to North End for service since I bought it in September, 2009. I don't take it there because it's close ... I take it there because I am always treated with respect and the staff there do not try to sell me something my car doesn't need. The fact that the Service Department is staffed with factory-trained professionals makes me feel confident that my Subaru always is in good hands.
The servcie I received at NE Subaru was top notch. No hassles, no pressures...just knowledge. I like that. Bob Waite was my 'non-typical' sales person and his approach to selling is wonderful. I would highly suggest a stop in...and hoping you can drive away in a Subaru, the same day...just like me :)
Matt Lynch and Steve Gagne in Mazda Service were awesome. All the repairs were thoroughly explained to me as well as some repairs that were found during Steve's thorough inspection. Had these repairs not been found I would probably have broken down while driving and could have cost me an engine repair. Thanks again Steve and Matt. I had a recent experience with Subaru service that I would consider above and beyond. I was having a major service done that required me to have a service loaner. Upon checking in the service person helping me noticed that my drivers license had expired.I thought to myself that goes another day waiting in line at the rmv when JJ asked if me If I had a few moments. Very easy buying experience, got us exactly the car we wanted and gave us a good deal on our trade.
We worked with Mike Babineau and bought a 2013 subaru. He and the staff there were amazingly helpful and did everything for us. We were not pressureed to buy anything we didn't want but found the perfect car to fit our needs. This is my first subaru and it wont be my last. I'm very pleased with the service and with my new car!
