Had a rushed and bad experience with Toby Maurer I’m extremely upset I wasted time and money trying to see her as it was clear she tried to rush me out within five minutes. She said herself unless your face is falling off there’s nothing she will note or do like what the actual??
Extremely rush. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was not finished with my question, she already got out of the room. They need to hire more staffs. My med cream was ordered here but she didn't have or spent time to check and just walked out the door. Now I have to make appointment with my primary Dr again to get the cream. It sucks cuz I don't have time. Why I can't while I already have appointment and here?
Staff at front desk and lab are very caring and professional. I was testing glucose tolerance and felt very uncomfortable after drinking glucose, they double checked me when I was waiting for my last draw.
