Staff at front desk and lab are very caring and professional. I was testing glucose tolerance and felt very uncomfortable after drinking glucose, they double checked me when I was waiting for my last draw.
We called and asked if the office is open from 12-1pm. The receptionist said yes. We went but on one is there to help us and everyone is on lunch. The main receptionist downstairs was so rude, no customer service at all.
I love this place, Tommy especially was sooooo helpful and kind when scheduling my appointments!
