Has anyone investigated this director regarding her ethics? With all the negative comments I would think that the churches and other donors would look into the matter. This country is in enough chaos and division and I would think that the NDSM can have more compassion to another human being. This is not OK and is unacceptable.

It was my first time calling and the woman who answered the phone had a bad attitude. I asked her if I’m in need and need help with a situation will you all help her reply back was “YES! We always help YOU people” I felt som type of way after that!!! I said to the woman who didn’t give her name by the way. That she did not need to be in the line of customer service she replied back saying “I wish I wasn’t” WOW!!!! I have nothing else to say!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm putting this company organisation on full blast if this is a ministry it has nothing to do with Christ what I was shown was Racist, insensitive, and belittling I had a baby 10 days ago my mom had unexpected surgery and we need help on the rent she was told there's no guarantee that I'm going back to work and they couldn't reach the landlord but provided all documents that showed proof when I called and explained why I could not come because I cant bring a 10 day old baby out the lady over phone stated "we got another one... read more
I visited yesterday for second time and the treatment was really mean. This lady was so impolite with my case. it was one of the worst experience of my life. I went for help is true, but she has no right to give that kind of treatment and judge the people like that. I don't have the doubt of good intentions but everything is lost with people like that...
The director is a racist n I wouldn't recommend ANYONE going here if u are an African American...HANDS DOWN.. IM REPORTING THEM TO BBB!!!!
I visited for the first time yesterday! I was scared because of the reviews I saw online however those people treated me the complete opposite of what’s in these reviews. THEY TOOK CARE OF ME! They gave me services I didn’t even ask for but needed. They are absolute angels. So don’t let reviews determine how you feel. Like Ms Judy for instance, that lady is really sweet. So to everyone who hasn’t been, go check it out for yourself. If you really need the help, they will provide it.
