Judy is a liar. The time I went there for assistance, she was rude to me and a few months, I try again with all my all my documents and they told me that they would helped (on Tuesday). I called on Thursday and she told me that she changed her mind

The manager RUDY very rude ,unprofessional . Very disappointed...
The staff is very rude. They’ll have you waiting for hours just to say no after you have provided all that’s required and met the required guidelines per the person who answers the phone. Even after I told they wouldn’t help I asked for a referral, I was told no! The lady didn’t even bother to walk me out. What kind of place is this?
