the lady that works there is so rude and right out mean she put her hands on my son the police was called she got a ticket I posted a complaint on the website and she responded by breaking the privacy act telling what he pawned look st the reviews on the website everyone is complaining about how mean she is the police said they have to go there all of the time because of her I will never use this pawn shop ever again
Have made several purchases over the last year here and have been very pleased. Always greeted when I walk in and given time to browse and view any items I ask to. I make sure I stop in regularly!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PAWN SHOP. THEY SELL ITEMS OF POOR QUALITY AND OVERCHARGES.
I called this morning to simply ask a question! Hands down the nicest person answered the phone. Went above and beyond what I asked for! If you live in Dallas area go by and give them your business!! It's hard to find great customer service these days!!
