My hygienist Carly is amazing! she is very thorough and sweet. The 3 ladies at the front desk are great. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome! They go above and beyond to help me every time i schedule! Dr. Lee has been great with my kids, whom are no longer scared to see the dentist.
I loved Dr. Rickets but the black dental assistant contradicted everything I said. I told her I haven't had much luck with dentists in my area and she said ALL the dentists were good which is totally inaccurate. She asked why my dad was in assisted living in Florida and not here. She asked if my husband was in the waiting room and I told her I knew how to drive a car. I told her my crown on my implant did not fit right for the last 6 months and she couldn't understand why. Dr. Mogri, is great with the kids. My son had 4 fillings done and needed 2 shots and my son who is petrified of needles was very calm. In part it was the doctors constant assurance and calming way of communicating. My son claimed the shots did not hurt. The numbing gel they used was effective.
The entire clinic made my sons feel very comfortable and they made me feel the same. I am very pleased with the atmosphere in it's entirety. Thank you so much!!!

All of the staff are friendly and professional. You don't have to wait long to be seen. When calling on the phone you will always get a person to speak with and not a machine.I would recommend Spring Cypress Dental to all in a heart beat.
very fast; no long wait times for appt. Friendliest group of all doctors/etc. that I see. Have absolutely no "dread" of going for dental work there.
Dentist addressed my concerns and put me at ease.
