Worst experience! Worst doctor! And the worst staff! Dr.Cizmar acted like he was going to be an involved caring doctor as I was high risk in the beginning of my pregnancy! He didn’t care at all! Was hard to even get a note for work from him even though he saw me in the hospital really sick and weak. In 5 months of being in his care I saw him only once for 10mins after waiting over an hour to even see him! Didn’t seem to care what I had to say or what work I did which is physical labor. i have been coming to NCWS since 2011 and all I can say is that I have only had excellent experience! Paulina and all of the staff go above and beyond with customer service. Every time I go they welcome me friendly and that's a plus. very happy with them.
I love this place they have been good to me. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone having a baby.
I went to this clinic for my 2nd pregnancy so I thought I’d do the same for my 3rd . Receptionists obviously were new and do not know how to do their jobs! Apparently they made a mistake and had to schedule my orientation for ANOTHER clinic (Same building but upstairs) and asked me to go up and schedule an appointment with them. When I did, they said they did not have any availability until the following week... so now I have to wait a minimum of 2-3 weeks to actually even see my OB because I need to do the orientation first... read more
