Everyone nice; good nurses in OR.
the office is new, bright and clean and technologically up-to-date. First time i ever complted check-in on an electronic tablet! The staff are thorough, professional and helpful. All-in-all, a pleasant experience (for a dental visit). Dr. Unhold listened and took the time to answer all my questions. He personally called to follow up after the procedure. Excellent service.
The overall experience was great! The staff were very friendly and clear as they prepared me for surgery.
I was impressed. Everything was streamlined, everyone was knowledgeable, and my experience couldn't have gone smoother.
The only reason the overall experience got three stars was because Zino got four of his permanent teeth yanked out. Cheers.
Excellent and Professional
Receptionist's seemed hurried and a little inpatient,also office manager never explained enough about the inplant procedure enough to feel confident about having it done.Also having to pay a week prior for services,doen't really sit well with me!
4 extractions and 3 implants, I did not look foreward to this appointment. The staff and DR Unhold were terrific and helpful both during the proceedure and after. They made a disagreeable time comfortable.
The doctor and staff were great. My tooth extraction was fast and painless. I will recommend then to any one.
