It was a very positive experience. Everyone was very supportive and friendly.
Andrea listened and understood that Kathie would arrive on a gurney, she had the doors open as we unloaded. Also, handling the paperwork online was great. Jenny was thorough, friendly and very helpful. RN Kathy's preparation and focus while starting a difficult IV was appreciated. Elizabeth even made paying the bill a pleasure. Dr Unhold has created a great organization and hired quality people. Maybe you could teach your method to others in the medical industry.
