I have never once had a problem here. They even stayed open so i could run over and get some paperwork. Everyone has always been great there.
Practitioners are very good. Dr. Latif has seen my daughter since she was 29 when she had a stroke. Now she is 51 and recently had to contact the office and was told NOT SO POLITELY THAT " YOU HAVE BEEN DROPPED AS A PATIENT". They explained you cancelled an appointment here in 2010 and never followed up on it. So after 22 yrs.you cannot come here any longer....WE are very upset... After getting the run around for over an hour about needing or not needing a referral or an authorization (which we did not need either) we were told we needed to reschedule my daughters appointment because it was 9 and her appointment was at 8. Those 2 ladies at the front desk are about as helpful as a wet paper bag. They could both use a class or 12 on people skills.
Dr. Latif and the other doctors are fantastic however his office staff is the worse ever. Horrible rude unprofessional attitudes. The big one Christina is always smoking outside when she's not inside being rude. Colleen is another very unprofessional rude one. Was asked to come in early, took my entire lunch hour sitting in the lobby 30 min past my original apt time. Dr Ali is great. Bad customer service in the front office, seems like there is no organization. Thankful that this will be my last apt here.
I love Dr. M. He's been great. The office staff is very helpful.
dr. latif is straight forward and an awesome dr..getting a bunch of tests done with him to cancel out some issues i have been having.
