Every time I call the phone is busy, they need to do a better job at the front desk.
As a previous patient, I truly didn't expect to have to jump through rigorous hoops to become an active patient again. The receptionists are women who think and act like they are above all and should be served with freshly polished silver spoons. Their rudeness is beyond anything comprehensible. I did my part in getting them the referral required for me to become an active patient, only to be told "it's also your job to ensure we have notes." Omg. I had an awful experience. Staff was unprofessional, the doctor did not take me seriously and had NO compassion. I was scared of the procedure and asked many questions and he was short with me and rude. He called the manager into the room because I asked for more time for the next part of the testing and she laughed at me when I expressed my problems and fears. I could not believe how terrible this place is.
Recommendedthey take care of me good they are doing their best to try to figure my everyday migraines out. I have seen numerous doctors since I was 16 I'm 45 and no one has done this much for me in the past 4 month like these doctors..
I like the doctors here, the front office needs a little help in the customer service and friendliness though. Its also pretty annoying to call and get busy signals and the communication here between doctor/nurse and patients is lacking. It seems impossible to get answers without waiting 2 months
