I have been extremely happy with the service department, they have been more than fair, respectful and reasonable. We have previously done business elsewhere but we will only do business at North Country Ford now.
I can't say enough about North Country Ford. Whenever I call they do their best to accommodate my schedule and get my service done as quickly as possible. They are always friendly, courteous and helpful. :)
RecommendedWe had a great experience at North Country Ford. We got the truck we wanted within our budget and Alex was extremely helpful! We will be back!
Great sales and service dept
Great place to buy a car. We'll be back
Always treated with kindness and respect at North Country. After years and many Toyotas, we came back to Ford. My 2015 Escape has been a pleasure and am looking forward to the updates on the 2018 Escape. Thanks Keith for taking such good care of me.
Consistently great service at reasonable prices. They diagnose and fix things, not just replace parts, which is rare these days...
