Service department was useless. Misdiagnosed what was wrong with my truck. Tried to sell me parts I didn't need. This was simple Auto 101 basics repair. I fixed it myself. It's a 4.6 Ford not a freaking Lamborghini 🤣 And I see review on here they wouldn't sell a customer car because of an out-of-state ID?? Never heard of such a thing. If you have a valid ID you can buy a car in any state. Title it in your home state. Call any dealership in another state see if I'm wrong.
