I had an appointment set up for 8:15, as soon as I got to the service desk my truck was taken into the shop for work. I had to run an errand and a truck was provided to me. sleezy service ..my father a lifelong Ford owner went to get 4 new tires for his explorer, he ended up purchasing the tires for around 800 dollars. 3 weeks later he went to trade his explorer in at a different Ford dealership for a f150 the sales person and service manager proved that the tires that he had purchased we're 50% used. this could only happen if he put thousands of miles on. he did not. North country said it was not their problem that whoever did the last alignment messed it up. this is not the case but because o... read more
