Vickie Gibbs is the ultimate professional. She was responsive to all inquiries, listened to what I was looking for and did not try to point me to another vehicle as has gappened elsewhere. She is extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and even some I hadn't thought to ask yet! She is very personable in her manner and worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly and efficiently for me.
