The Gentlemen who came out in the afternoon had a really bad day. After being told a different water height earlier that day and being called a liar by him we both had a bad day. I would have rated the experience as fair but the no future service oath by him at the end kind of cinched it. I am sure I was the Devil incarnate when he got back to the shop.

Great company focused on customer satisfaction. They have assisted me with pool liner installation twice. Wendy and Shane recently rebuild an older model pool cleaner for me. Excellent Job and excellent service.

Charged me $160 (just labor) to Falsely diagnosed( guess) my problem with the most expensive part on a hot tub( my circuit board). When I called back and told them that and asked if they could come down and diagnose my problem correctly this time they told me that they don't work for free ( or obviously hold them selves accountable)and were going to charge me again to come down and take another guess at it!Exetremly dissatisfied all around

We go here for all our hot tub and pool needs. Shane and Wendy go above and beyond for us. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent business, excellent owners and staff. We love this business. We won't go anywhere else.
