The only people I’ll trust with my pool! Wendy, Shane and George treat you like family and always go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with the end result. They’ve always been patient with me and have even helped teach me how to be more independent with my pool maintenance. I can’t begin to say enough positive things about them. Stay away unless you like giving your money away. They make mistakes and over charge for every thing they do. Our pool motor was ruined because they left it outside and our gas freestanding fireplace was not installed correctly. It smells. They make excuses when you call to complain and do not send a crew out. They do not stand by their work. Find someone else to do it right the first time.
Had always preferred these guys over the alternative. Unfortunately I have to say their customer service can be pretty awful. Shane was incredibly difficult and disrespectful with me over the phone. I was going to have them replace my pool liner this summer, looks like I'll have to go with someone else.
Can’t say thank you enough!!! Currently standing in front of my pellet stove you just fixed and it’s sooooooooooooooo nice and warm in here already! The service person was amazing, nice, and even chatted with my son for a second. He explained how to use the stove, how to clean it, and even when to do if we have any issues. Thank you again! What a great company!!
