Punctual, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Well run facility.
I was in the office yesterday. Gladys who should be at least somewhat professional was sitting there with NO smile and NO greeting. Had her single braid sticking straight up. Seriously, that is professional! The non existing smile and greeting is getting out of hand. It's discouraging for me. Losing faith in this facility.
Worst medical place ever to exist in Havasu!
Dr Branchik, nurses, lab tech are all the very best. I’ve lived here 55 years & wouldn’t go any other place.
