We’ve had a great experience with North Coast Subaru! Jeff and Peter made the process extremely easy for us. We just bought a used 2014 Forester and they cleaned it up and fixed all dents in the car before we picked it up. Great family run company. Highly recommend!
RecommendedToday I had to take my Subaru Legacy for a recall service call. I went to North Coast Subaru in Glen Cove, they were wonderful & gave me a loaner, an almost brand new Impreza. I am re-writing my review due to Subaru addressing my problem. I had a bad experience but they were quick to fix it. Even though I had to bring my car there 3 times I believe they went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. I personally want to thank Bob L. for helping me. He waived my labor fees and installed my license plate lights for free. Thank you for getting my problem fixed quickly so I was not late to work. :)
The service dept has a great group of people.
Lisa Blaskey and her crew are phenomenal. Never had a better car buying experience. Will absolutely return when it's time to get our *third* Subaru.😀
