I am new to cycling, starting out with a big bike. Both Mark and Logan are patient and helpful. The have been great about sharing tips from their wealth of knowledge that a newbie wouldn't know; like how to jump start a bike with a dead battery. I have NEVER, EVER sensed any 'thats a dumb question'. Repairs are timely and done right. Estimates are accurate. Thanks NCC for keeping me on the road. I highly recommend.
Awesome!!!!! Needed an emergency repair on a cross country trip and was very well taken care of, big repair done really fast to get us back on the road.
