First off we weren't told the power was going out, oh well we made them most of it. We WERE told we WOULD get out AAA discount at time of checkout when the power was to come back on. They billed us for the full amount. I call them today 10/31/2019 and who ever the man is there now with a heavy accent has hung up on me 4 times at about 10:30am. Told me I needed to understand the power was out and she wouldn't have said that.. I asked him to honor what the lady had already told us and he said he was too busy and hung up on me.... read more
RecommendedThank you, North Cliff Hotel for making my birthday a great one. We had such a nice time whenever we were in the room. Loved the tub. I know some people have complained about the foghorn, but we thought it was soothing and fantastic! In fact, we slept with the sliding door open all night just so we could hear it. Breakfast was good, front desk and cleaning staff were always friendly and helpful. I can't wait to stay again.

Fantastic service, clean spacious rooms with a fireplace and balcony with beautiful view. Wonderful hot breakfast! The staff went all out for our 25th anniversary ❤️🥂🍾!

No air conditioning and the parking blows! I’m sure the view is better when there no construction.
I loved the jacuzzi tub in front of the great ocean view, great price, nice, big & clean rooms, love the fridge, microwave, good hot & cold continental breakfast!😊

My husband and I stayed for Memorial weekend and had such a relaxing time. This was our first time getting a hotel room with a jacuzzi tub. We loved it and enjoyed our time together. Our room was on the top floor and had an amazing view! Highly recommend for any couple wanting a romantic getaway.

Highly recommend the location and the lovely room with great view of the harbor entrance and chairs by the window to enjoy it. Comfortable bed. We will return. Only suggestion is to replace the paper plates with real dishes to improve the breakfast experience.
