My fiancé and I stayed at the North Cliff. The room was nice, but it wasn't cleaned well. There was hair on the counter, in soap dish, and the coffee mugs. To make up for that they gave us some bath salts, which was nice. The rooms are non smoking which I understand. My fiancé is a disabled veteran and when we go somewhere that is close to where a friend of his is we plan to spend some time with them. The guest we had was a smoker and didn't realize that no smoking means even on the balcony outside the room. They called us a... read more

Excellent. Lovely big room with spectacular view. Well-furnished. King jacuzzi suite was nice; tub by window with fireplace. VERY friendly staff: Dan, check in, housekeeping, breakfast staff all wonderful. No issues: clean, well-kept....Good breakfast....Thanks!
So sad to leave. The room was amazing- clean, updated, exceeded my expectations in every way and that VIEW! The staff was friendly and helpful. A standout was the woman working in the breakfast area - she really went above and beyond to make our breakfast relaxing and nice (she made our waffles for us and brought them to us). Can hardly wait to go back ☺
We spend twice a year at the North Cliff. My birthday in June & our anniversary on September. Rooms are very clean, great service, & an awesome view. Always keep coming back!!
