I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this property was deeply disappointing and well below what anyone should expect from a Marriott-branded hotel. As a Platinum Elite member, I’ve come to rely on Marriott for consistency, professionalism, and accountability—but this location failed on all fronts after an egregious billing error.
