Our experience with NC Water Consultants was truly exceptional. Very rarely do you come across a company that takes such pride in providing outstanding quality and service. Eddie, the owner has been in the business for many years and is extremely knowledgeable. He tested our water and thoroughly explained the filtration process. The installation team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Within hours the entire system was installed and we were enjoying safe, clean water!
We moved into our home last July and we continue to be impressed with North Carolina Water Consultants (Eddie and his team)! Eddie and the NC Water team are absolutely the best in the business, and I don't just mean water purification - I mean any/all residential home suppliers and improvement. Eddie and his team (office staff and plumbing installers) were knowledgeable, friendly, very efficient, clean, and professional. They answered all of our many questions (we considered the water system for a long time before pulling the trigger, but we knew the investment would well worth the return).
