They are horrible I supposed to get induced 3 days ago no one has given me a call back or even contacted me every time I've called it's still the same answer or giving me the runaround they are unprofessional and if they know they are filled up like that they should refer you to another hospital they do not have good communication skills in a show inconvenient I do not live and Winston or near Winston at all I feel like when you set up an appointment they should keep your appointments they should reserve you a room instead o... read more
The 4 times we've had to come for pregnancy issues the valet parking people are either inside the hospital talking or at the little booth standing there watch us instead of coming to ur we have to got to them really disappointed in this hospital
Out of both of my Deliveries with my Sons, ive had the best experiences ever at this hospital. Only one i would ever go too!
March 18,3025 my daughter had her baby at Wake. It was a horrible experience. Leaving was a relief. Not only did her care take a side step but we ended up in huge debate over formula we brought with us. On the 20th I had a medical emergency and had to be taken to the ER, leaving her alone with her baby. Truly believe the stress from the house female pediatrician, which no one would tell us her name, lead to my event. Once I was wheeled out her discharge was pushed forward extremely fast.
