I had my baby here almost 3 months ago. When I arrived, I was quickly sent to a room, but it was not a birthing room. I was in there laboring for 4 hours. One nurse came in to check my vitals every now and then. She was nice. But I was alone with my husband most of the time in labor. I would have liked atleast a birthing ball or something. They are horrible I supposed to get induced 3 days ago no one has given me a call back or even contacted me every time I've called it's still the same answer or giving me the runaround they are unprofessional and if they know they are filled up like that they should refer you to another hospital they do not have good communication skills in a show inconvenient I do not live and Winston or near Winston at all I feel like when you set up an appointment they should keep your appointments they should reserve you a room instead o... read more
The 4 times we've had to come for pregnancy issues the valet parking people are either inside the hospital talking or at the little booth standing there watch us instead of coming to ur we have to got to them really disappointed in this hospital
Out of both of my Deliveries with my Sons, ive had the best experiences ever at this hospital. Only one i would ever go too!
