There a couple things that this dental practice can work on with their customer service and all around concern for dental health care. My niece has a broken tooth which led to appointment 3 weeks later and as we headed she also has a swollen gum. As we had an hour drive to get there, after getting lost for a bit and slowest traffic ever on 82 we called to make sure we could be seen still. They were willing to see us with 10 min delay, later than that we would have to reschedule. understandable. More traffic ensues and still ... read more

This dental practice is awesome! We have been going here for a couple of years now and they have always been very kind and accommodating!
Dr Collins is a great person and a great dentist. Office is run smoothly with no wait time for scheduled appt. The entire staff at North Bridge Dental is efficient and friendly. They have an insurance plan that helped us tremendously after going on Medicare. It is fairly priced and encourages good dental practice. Highly recommend this practice and Dr Collins.

I have never met a nastier person than the receptionist I had to deal with Saturday, April 6th. My 7 year old daughter had a toothache, her normal dentist was closed, so we called around and found this place who had an available emergency appointment. Upon arriving, this nasty woman was condescending, made us feel totally unwelcome, questioned my parenting, and would not let me see the dentist after allowing me to schedule the appointment an hour prior.
