I am overly disgusted by the recent encounter I had with the front desk staff. Daniela, was egregiously disrespectful, rude, and un willing to adequately support me. She shouted at me and failed to deliver any type of service to value me as a patient. as a result. I canceled my scheduled root canal appointment and will never revisit or support this establishment. Doctors need to be aware of the critical role their admin staff plays in shaping patient experiences.

I believe her name was Wei (apologies if I got it wrong), but I just had to take a moment to share how amazing my experience was with her over the phone. In a world where customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, she stood out as an incredibly kind-hearted and understanding receptionist. Update 2025: I stopped coming here. They messed up scheduling me multiple times (cleaning scheduled on days there were no cleanings offered). The actual dentist did my cleaning once and it honestly did not feel very thorough. The wait time to be seen was usually 30 minutes. I tolerated all of this, but then I had an actively poor experience with their assistant/hygeinicist and that was it for me. I now have an expensive night guard that we had to redo the mold 4 times in a row and it still doesn't fit right. Old review: This... read more
