The office is really nice. Very modern, very clean. Dr. Kim seems relatively competent. He does occasionally seem to be acting like a salesman (a common trait to most dentists nowadays), and sometimes he seems very soft spoken (so much so that he's hard to understand). All-in-all though I'd guess he's a fairly good dentist (not that I'm an expert). I think my biggest con for this place is the support staff they currently have. I saw Dr. Kim for the first time today and he spent a lot of time with me. He removed remaining residue from my braces that the ortho missed, went through my x-rays with me, and was very kind. Very happy with how my teeth look post-cleaning😄
I have been a patient of Dr Kim for 10 years, he’s managed my dental care from routine checks, root canals, crowns to implants. I moved out of the area yet I still come to his office for my dental health because it’s reliable professional service. His Hygienists and front desk staff are also very professional and kind. Everytime I visit his office, even if I don’t need to see Dr Kim, he checks in to say hello with a smile. Also, his facility is one of the CLEANEST in the DMV. Thanks Dr Kim and Team.
1. Took x-rays. No cavities or decays. But they said I should get my wisdom teeth pulled anyways. Not because they foresaw any future problems with their growth, but simply because I may forget to clean them when I'm older. Seriously? You're telling me to have a painful, permeant procedure when there is nothing wrong with me? 2. They circulate different hygienists in this place. Maybe because its cheaper. A few were good. Dr. Kim is an exceptional dentist. He saw me promptly when I damaged a filling, and as always, repaired the tooth with gentleness and proficiency. Also, his assistant was really nice, good natured and caring.
