By far one of the easiest and most thorough trash companies I've worked with. You can actually reach people in customer service, and they divided my account when I was in a DV situation without problems. Angela was extremely helpful when I was moving as well. They've been very helpful !!

Every week I have an issue with the garbage service. Either you don’t pick it up or, you always leave trash all over my entire neighbors hood, and this week you left 3/4 of the trash in my can. Please just maybe slow down and do your job correctly so we can appreciate our driver ! This is three weeks I. A row you didn’t take all our trash!

I brought my van inside the fence because of the high winds, while getting my little ready for school, she got excited "the trash truck!" I forgot to take it out. I ran out and put out can, but he had already turned the corner. I figured I was screwed, but, he came back! He took the time to notice it, and act on it, when he could have just went on. I didn't have it out on time, but I am so thankful for his kindness.
