I’ve had Les Sanitary for my garbage & recycling pick up for 3 years and they have been great! Extremely rare that I needed to call on a missed pick up and usually they could come back same day, one time only did they not. Customer service is always cheerful, friendly and helpful.

I forgot to put my can out. The driver took the time to pull my can out, and empty it. When your sanitary engineers go out of their way to do things like that, it is noticed, and appreciated.

The dump down in Coos Bay is a complete joke. I was down there unloading my trailer. Some guy in a work shirt ran up to me and told me I had to have a safety vest on to be back there. Are you serious? Your own worker is sitting in a loader on the fricken phone. How safe is that? You are worried about me not having a vest on. Oh I have a picture for proof. Absolutely the most rude customer service I've ever encountered in my 30 years of living if there was a more viable garbage company in my area I would use it in a heart beat
