Took them to small claims for doing work to my truck not discussed, raising prices for parts and labor. I Won the small claims. In two weeks if not paid im filing a lein against the business. Stay away stay away stay away!!!

We originally called to have a Jasper's engine replaced under warranty. They said they are a small 'mom and pop' shop. They gave us a 'worst case scenario' quote of $2400. We asked to pay prior to the repairs, due to knowing that we had it then, but may not later. When we went to pay, they told us we needed to pay $3200. I need help please. My motor in my truck shot a spark plug out of the engine block. But it's under warranty through jasper's engines. I dropped my truck off at north bend auto to have a new motor installed. I asked to give me a worse case scenario money wise with a cushion so I knew estimated ball park of where it would be cost wise. They told me $2400.
