Thank you North Bay Toyota. Roberto sold me my van many years ago and it has been fantastic. I recently went in to have it have it appraised and Roberto took the time to give me the numbers, even though he had nothing to gain from it. he always and all of the staff are always friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. Emailed for service. No reply. Called for service, had to leave message. Never called back.
My sales rep Roberto was top notch and Dawn the finance rep was super easy to deal with. I drove 1.5 hours yesterday to pickup my 2026 Tundra in northbay b/c Roberto was recommended by a co-worker. Glad I listened to him!
Took over 5 mins for someone to start helping me at parts and then another 25 minutes before I was finally checked out. Over 30 minutes to buy 2 oil filters.
