Always very professional.
Nurse on staff was very patient and answered my many questions, also allowed me to wait just outside. Doctor was well informed and took his time with me. Can only give 3 stars because the system of waiting without having any idea how long needs improvement. I came in at 10:30am and it was 4pm before I left. Any kind of system to reduce unknown wait time is needed - either call back / text when next in line, or booking appointments. Took me three hours of sitting in the doctors office after my appointment time to see the doctor( telemedicine) in spite of taking an appointment earlier in the morning and being there on time for the appointment ,.Something was so fishy about how they kept giving reasons for the delay that made no sense! The nurse said there was some confusion, but steps were not taken to resolve the confusion and they kept us waiting forever! No apologies too!
