Very professional in and out in about an hour
If I can rate 0 stars I would. Receptionist/Nurse is very rude and treated me differently compared to others at the office. I was the only native person there. Nurse walked in during my private call with the Dr and ended our call, which resulted in me going to the ER!!! I’m a nurse and we learned so much in the first semester that this “nurse” shouldn’t have done. Very unprofessional on her. She wears glasses and has dark hair. Don’t know the name but I’m going to go back to finish my report.
Terrible receptionist. Receptionist treated me differently than others at their appointments. I was the only native person there. She cut off my time with the Dr and walked in while I was having a private conversation with the Dr. I forget her name but female and claimed she was a nurse, glasses, dark hair. I ended up having to go to emerge due to this receptionist cutting off my time with the Dr!!!!
Pretty quick, never waited a super long time, friendly staff. Thank goodness for this place when you dont have a family doctor
Mostly good, sometimes not good visits. You gotta come early if you want to get in and out. Only place to get health care if you don't have a family doctor. It's a telemed clinic and it's definitely better than nothing and I'm grateful this clinic is here. The nurses seem pretty nice and helpful most times. The wait times to connect with a telemed doctor varies, but overall it's a great and helpful clinic.
