I am not impressed with Mazda service at all. My Son in-law took his car in as the running lights were not working and keep blowing a fuse. I had him take it to my mechanic and see if he could figure it out. After his 2 mechanics went over it and could not find the problem, they recommended to see if Mazda could diagnose it as it is their vehicle. There was no charge because they could not fix it. Had an appointment for my CX5 at 1 PM on Nov 11 for tire switchover/storage and oil change. I was more than 30 minutes late arriving, totally my fault. They fitted me in anyway and did the work perfectly and super fast. Great service dept!
