Service provider did not check the air system throughly. He only peeked in the attic with a flashlight and stated we just needed to adjust the vents. We were charged a full service fee and the air is still not working properly.

I would NOT recommend North Bay AC. My AC was out for 2 days. When I called after waiting 1 day to see when they were coming. I was told they were too busy to make it to my house to even drop off a temporary window unit. The lady didn’t care and had no concern. I explained the temperature in my house and she basically said “oh well, call someone else.” I told her that was unprofessional. She then hung up in face. TERRIBLE service!!!!
Our AC went out a month ago! My husband replaced the capacitor and another part and still nothing! I actually found Northbay Heating and Air while reading a review about a bigger Named company that was going to charge $$$ and wouldn’t be able to do the work for over a week, after this person called Northbay it only costed her $ and was fixed same day!
