I would NOT recommend North Bay AC. My AC was out for 2 days. When I called after waiting 1 day to see when they were coming. I was told they were too busy to make it to my house to even drop off a temporary window unit. The lady didn’t care and had no concern. I explained the temperature in my house and she basically said “oh well, call someone else.” I told her that was unprofessional. She then hung up in face. TERRIBLE service!!!!
Our AC went out a month ago! My husband replaced the capacitor and another part and still nothing! I actually found Northbay Heating and Air while reading a review about a bigger Named company that was going to charge $$$ and wouldn’t be able to do the work for over a week, after this person called Northbay it only costed her $ and was fixed same day! So Northbay is the ONLY place we called! Todd came out same day, knew the problem within 15mins then went in search of the motor we needed not sure if he would find one for our... read more

My house/ac was struck by lightning a few weeks ago. Todd, with North Bay, was recommended to me by several people. I called and they came out the next day for estimate for insurance. They scheduled the install and was complete in 4-5 hours! AMAZING! And they even cleaning up everything. From taking all the old crap to vacuuming the air return and the whole area. My house feels amazing. Even had to turn up the ac a little because we were all cold.
